Primitive Stitches Quilt Shop will be Closed all of this week  June 19-25. We are traveling to set up and vend at the quilt show in Wichita Kansas. Sorry for any inconvenience , stay tuned for show pics  to come 😊

Lots of New Fabric in shop at Primitive Stitches Quilt Shop

Lots of new bolts of fabric,includes the complete line of 

blender prints called Temptations from Quilting 

Treasures ,plus more great backgrounds,neutrals,blacks

 etc. More to come over the next few months.......

I'm heading to Boston, shop will be closed all week of Thanksgiving !

Primitive Stitches Shop will be closed the entire week of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Closed Nov. 23 thru 30th.
The shop will re-open on Dec. 1st. I am sorry for any inconvenience, but I am sure most of you know, that our oldest daughter moved to her first apartment in Boston this year for Grad school, and I sure have been missing her, and did not get to see her last Thanksgiving since she was studying in London, so Dennis, surprised me with a plane ticket to go spend the week with her....I'm so excited !!!!!!!
 She is going to show me Boston, since we did not see much when we moved her in due to a short busy weekend of moving..
I wish you all a Safe and very Blessed Thanksgiving, May you enjoy your time with friends and family .

Primitive Stitches Quilt Shop will be closed on Friday June 19th. I will be attending the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival to find new and exciting items. Can't wait to share with you all what I see.

COMING SOON to Primitive Stitches Quilt Shop​ .     New Designs By  Kathy Schmitz​.    You will want to get started with this Spring pattern first, but there will be a complete set of 4, one for each season ! Embroidery pattern, mini paper pieced quilt pattern , and the border pattern are all included.
Also Heart to Hand framed piece- This design is professionally printed on Kona cotton fabric.  No tracing or coloring required - it's all done for you!  Simply embroider where indicated and frame in a standard 5" x 7" frame. (Thread is not included with this pattern)

3 day area shop hop Oct. 16-18th

Shop Hop Starts tomorrow, 3 days only Oct. 16-18 (Thurs.-Sat.)

 Hours are 9:30-5pm Thurs. and Friday and 9:30 -3pm on Saturday 

Includes 4 local area shops- Primitive Stitches Quilt Shop, Hunter Heirloom Quilting, Liberty Homestead, Quilter's Harvest. 

Stop by each shop and purchase a vintage looking fabric postcard , to make a project of your own. Each shop is finishing their project differently,and will have finishing kits for sale, or make one up yourself. $1 from each postcard sold and 20% from each finishing kit is being donated to the Wbg Veterans Home. Each shop will have a raffle basket to enter your name to win and sales will vary depending on shops.
