VENDING AT QUILT SHOW ON SATURDAY

Just a quilt reminder that since I will be vending at a quilt show on Saturday March 9th the shop will be closed of course on that Saturday, as well as the prior Friday, because I will be packing up and moving items to the show and setting up there. So the shop will re-open on Tuesday March 12th.

Quilts Among Friends 2013 Quilt Show- Warrensburg MO 
   Inspired Quilters Guild & Whiteman Area Piecemakers Quilt Guild having thier quilt show next Saturday March 9th ,it is a 1 day show only. It is at the First Christian Church on the corner of Gay street and Holden St. in Warrensburg MO. -101 E. Gay St. from 9-4pm. There will atleast 75+ quilts , plus vendors,demos,fat quarter raffles,2 quilt raffles, and antique quilt bed turning at 11am and then again at 1pm and a spaghetti-jelly roll Quilt race at 2pm. New Items available at Primitive Stitches Shop

New Spring and Easter projects getting finished, the welcome stitchery, will still needed to be framed into an oval frame, but several wool/woolfelt easter candle mats,penny rug patterns, or framed pieces to choose from patterns and books,now in shop !

The March Block of the month by Buttermilk Basin is available in pattern or kit, I just need to add gold seed beads for stars on flag and for crows eye!, and blanket stitch edge!

I just wanted to let you know that I am sorry for the delay in getting the Primitive Quilts & Projects magazine. I had called a couple of times, and was always told that the had already been shipped, but that's all the info I could get. I finally got thru to the shipping dept. and come to find out they did track them down, and they were shipped , but sent to another shop that was some other shop named primitive something or other???

Anyway, I appreciate your patience for those who are still waiting for a copy, but they promised they are shipping another order out today,via UPS, and I should get them very soon, usually just a few days. I will send out an email when I get them in.
Sorry for the delay, I heard this issue has some really cute projects, so I am anxious to see it also,

Gone for the Weekend !

I will be out of town this weekend, so
 Primitive Stitches shop will be closed this Fri,Sat.& Sun. (Feb. 8-10th).

Shop will re-open on Tuesday at 10am.

Shop closed until Jan 2nd. to enjoy daughters and finish end of year task !

Primitive Stitches Quilt Shop will be closed until Jan. 2. I have decided to keep the shop closed the rest of this week to spend this time with my 2 daughters while they are home on Christmas break from school, pack up Christmas decor and finish up the last of the  inventory at the shop. Thanks for understanding, See you after the start of the New Year!

Finishing last minute projects and kits !!!

Nothing like waiting til the last minute to still be finishing last minute projects and kits. Here are a few of the things that I just got done in time for Christmas to put out in the shop, (whew, just 1 week til Christmas , not much time to spare, but at least their done...) I still have many other projects, that might have to wait until next year to get done..
Next I am starting on my Christmas baking, then on to starting my Snowman projects. I am probably the only crazy one still wishing for SNOW...I love snow....

In case I don't get the chance to talk to you before next week, I want to wish everyone a very Blessed,Safe and Wonderful Merry Christmas. Enjoy every minute of it with your family,friends and those near and dear to you !

My project for the Shop Hop Santa Postcards

We are doing a mini shop hop with 4 shops, selling these 4 fabric Vintage fabric postcard blocks, this is what my project looks like, I made 4 small wool hanging decorations to hang on the greenery garland. Hop continue Today, and then on Monday and Tuesday. Hurry in to  all 4  shops, to get each block.
